Pilar DeMann brings over 30 years of beauty industry expertise, specializing in brows and natural makeup artistry. Raised in Los Angeles, Pilar started her journey at 19, attending makeup school and working in film, theater, and talent management. However, her drive to help people feel their best every day led her to establish a beauty practice away from Hollywood’s spotlight.

In 2013, Pilar moved to Washington, Connecticut, offering mobile makeup and brow services and partnering with local salons, including Joe’s Salon and Spa and Byrde & the b. By 2019, she opened her own award-winning studio, building a dedicated client base of over 600 clients across five states.

Pilar’s philosophy—“less is more”—shapes her signature approach to beauty. Known for her clean, natural aesthetic, she crafts effortless looks that highlight her clients’ features without overwhelming them. Her services span makeup applications, personalized lessons (both in-person and virtual), and a full suite of brow treatments, including shaping, tinting, microblading, and smoothing.
